By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.

We accept secure payments via e.g., credit cards (Master-card, VISA), PayPal

Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your blooms right away, so please check all details before confirming your purchase.

Flower Availability

Flowers are seasonal and availability can change according to the current season. While we always do our best to match your order to the photo or description, sometimes we may need to make substitutions of equal or greater value using similar colour tones and style. You can trust that the end result will always be beautiful.

Deliveries

We deliver to areas of Melbourne that are within 25kms. If your address is not showing up, but is in this area please give us a call.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct. If an incorrect address is given, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undeliverable items.

We may leave flowers in a safe place if no one is home, unless you tell us otherwise.

Exchanges & Return Policy

We take great care with every bouquet, but if something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer want the flowers.
  • We only offer exchanges or replacements if:
    • The product is damaged or faulty, and
    • The issue is clearly due to our handling or mistake.
  • You must contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.
  • We may ask you to return the damaged product or provide further information before an exchange is approved.

This policy is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which ensures you’re entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. However, businesses are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if we haven’t started preparing the flowers (usually within the hour of placing the order)

If the order is already in progress or out for delivery, we are unable to cancel it or offer a refund!

All content on this website (including photos, logos, designs, and text) is owned by Peony Blush Flowers and may not be used without permission.
